It is important to us that you love what you ordered from EXPRESSIONS and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, and would like to return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, you must follow the guidelines outlined below.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, due to our rapidly changing inventory, EXPRESSIONS.COM does not process exchanges, we are only able to perform refunds for your qualifying item(s). We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, then place a new order. Alternatively you may  visit one of our EXPRESSIONS store locations, to exchange your item(s).

1. All returns must be accompanied with your original paper receipt, packing slip, or invoice. No returns can be made without this. Digital forms of proof of purchase are not accepted. Refunds are processed back to the card that was originally used and is returned as the same form of payment.

2. All returns are subject to approval. Online returns must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date.

3. All clothing must have all original tags and stickers attached to the item(s) being returned. All item(s) must be in new condition. Footwear must be in its original box. All item(s) being returned must be placed into a box and returned back to EXPRESSIONS. When returning footwear, the manufacturer's shoe box must be placed inside of a separate box and the shipping label must go on the outside of that box. Do not write on the manufacturer's box, tape it closed or use it as the shipping box.

4. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on worn merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition.

5. All Hat sales are final. No returns allowed.

6. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible, once we receive the item(s) at our fulfillment center. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing all returns.

7. All shipping costs associated with any return is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs from online orders are nonrefundable.
